Had a 2nd PET & CT scan today, one that has more affinity for NET cells. Will get results in 24 hrs. Anything that lights up is an area that can potentially be destroyed by a treatment called PRRT, a targeted treatment that uses radioactivity to destroy cancer cells. I’m hoping the cells light up on this scan so it can kill the ones in my pancreas.  The chest surgery is on 4/15 & they will remove the 3 masses, lymph nodes, & thymus.  While I appreciate the love & support pls do not send flowers/gifts to the hospital or my house.   Donna & I are coming up with a website that will have links to a couple of charities we are working on for Doernbecher’s Children’s Hospital (DCH) that involve bringing back to DCH the program Beads of Courage & possibly raising funds to get DCH a hypoallergenic therapy dog for the kids. Pls save your $ to donate to these once we get it set up.  Cards & prayers are lovely though! Btw there are a lot of scammers out there, I would never ask for $ for me.
